Frank Lampard has been busy on the market this summer since he is keen on strengthening his side after becoming fourth on the premier league table.
Chelsea has confirmed the signing of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner earlier this summer. This is third signing; the deal was completed on 26th August and it is a five year deal worth £50m.
Chiwell continued to say that;

Chelsea in the coming days will be announcing Thiago Silver’s deal since it’s almost done confirmed by different sources.
