The Ghana Armed forces have had their say following the military presence at Banda for the ongoing registration of the voters Identification Card.
This statement was issued based on the video circulating which captured Asiedu Nketia the General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), clashing with the soldiers.
Rumor have it that the soldiers were causing fear and panic and preventing the residents from going through the registration process smoothly.
The Ghana Armed Forces released a statement which dismisses the rumors and rather saying they were ensuring free and peaceful elections.
