Kwadwo Asamoah has enjoyed a successful years of football on the international stages with the old ladies of Juventus for six solid years.
The midfielder earned the trust of Antonio Conte and Maximiliano Allegri during his Juventus days which aided him in getting a lot of playing time, including featuring on big stages such as the Champions League.
Kwadwo Asamoah joined Inter Milan in 2018 to be reunited with Antonio Conte since they had a good rapport when the coach was in Juventus. But this time the same opportunities didn’t come as it used to be.
The Ghanaian started having less playing time and was mostly on the bench during important matches. He featured in less games over the years and arguably failed to impress due to injuries.
Kwadwo Asamoah announced his departure from Inter Milan via Twitter. On Friday, 9th October, 2020 he made a post showing gratitude to the club and fans for the memory they gave him over the last two years.
“I want to thank all the staff, the club, my teammates and last but not least all the Nerazzurri fans, you are great! Good luck for everything”
