After a long road through the qualification process, we are down to two deadly rivals in English football, both from London and claiming to be the rulers of the city. Chelsea and Arsenal have a long history of success which they both seems to boost of, but this is another chance to get the conversation going as they qualify for the finals.
Over the weekend, semifinals of the English FA cup were played on Saturday and Sunday which is 18 and 19 July 20, 2020 respectively. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang led Arsenal in whipping Guardiola’s Manchester City by two goals to nil. Both goals were scored by the captain.

Sunday also saw Frank Lampard’s side hijacking the in form Manchester United, Chelsea brought their game on and managed to get victory at Wembly stadium. Giroud opened the score through Azpilicueta’s cross whiles Mason Mount and an own goal from Maguire gave Chelsea the upper hand, Bruno Fernandes had a conciliation for the Red Devils converting a kick from the spot. The match ended as Chelsea won by three goals to one.

The finals will come off on 1st August, 2020 at Wembley Stadium.
